We're looking for Product Designers and UX Specialists to join our Expert Network to help train and evaluate cutting-edge AI models using real design expertise. If you have the necessary experience, we'll send you a quick 10- to 15-minute test to assess your skills and suitability for AI tasks. What you'll bring

  • Audit Accessibility & Inclusion: review model outputs to ensure they adhere to modern accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
  • Fact-Check UX Principles: validate that model suggestions align with established design patterns and psychological principles (e.g., Fitts's Law, Gestalt principles).
  • Annotate Design Logic: identify gaps in user journeys, redundant steps in a flow, or poor visual hierarchy in AI-proposed interfaces.
  • Refine Product Requirements: evaluate AI-generated PRDs (Product Requirement Documents) for clarity, feasibility, and user value.
Key Technologies
  • Design Tools: advanced knowledge of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Sketch.
  • Prototyping: experience with high-fidelity prototyping tools (Protopie, Framer) and handoff processes.
