    • Synthesize research into digestible reports for broader product and leadership teams.
    • Develop launch narratives and ensure alignment across Marketing, Sales, and Product teams
  • Campaign Alignment & Support
    • Build and support mid-funnel marketing programs that help prospects understand Selerix's solutions and value
    • Partner with campaign and growth marketing to develop nurture flows and solution-focused content, and post-event follow-up journeys
    • Ensure product messaging is effectively integrated into campaigns across channels (events, digital, partner, etc.)
    • Work closely with Product, Client Services, Sales, and Marketing to ensure alignment on priorities, messaging, and go-to-market execution
    • Participate in regular product and marketing syncs to stay informed on roadmap updates and business priorities
    • Help bridge communication between teams to ensure product updates are effectively translated into market-facing initiatives
  • Sales & Internal Enablement:
    • Support the development of core enablement materials, including feature summaries, messaging frameworks, and sales support content
    • Ensure internal teams understand how to position new features and solutions effectively
  • Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, management or other related field of equivalent experience
    • 3-6 years of product marketing experience in the technology/SaaS space, benefits administration, HRIS, and compliance tech are a plus.
    • Experience supporting product launches and translating technical features into customer-facing messaging
    • Experience leveraging HubSpot, or similar CRM solution
    • Strong storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts
    • Self-starter with a results-driving mindset
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform messaging and campaign improvements.
    • Inquisitive, seeks to understand
    • Highly collaborative; works cross-functionally, brings initiatives together, and actively removes silos.
