Job description

Role Summary

The Assistant Site Producer at Bronco Off-Roadeo supports the day-to-day operations of the Las Vegas site, ensuring a smooth and consistent guest experience. Reporting to the Site Producer, this role assists with staffing coordination, guest scheduling, site readiness, and special event execution.

This position also includes hands-on facilities maintenance, such as basic carpentry, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing work. The ideal candidate has at least two years of general maintenance experience and is comfortable working weekends.

Responsibilities

Operations & Program Support

  • Support leadership with daily operations, direction, and oversight across all departments.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of each functional area to provide effective cross-team support.
  • Assist in training and onboarding new team members to ensure consistency and readiness.
  • Step in for department leads as needed to maintain operational continuity.
  • Partner with the Site Producer to manage staffing plans and guest scheduling.
  • Conduct routine site inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards.
  • Support planning and execution of special events, including logistics and team coordination.
  • Assist with reporting, data tracking, and performance metrics to improve operations.
  • Ensure adherence to company procedures, safety regulations, environmental policies, and dress standards.

Facilities Maintenance

  • Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues related to electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and equipment.
  • Perform preventive maintenance across site facilities.
  • Complete work orders efficiently and on schedule.
  • Use standard tools and equipment safely and effectively.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications
