This role plays a vital part in supporting the purchase of telecom equipment, maintaining accurate inventory, and managing supplier relationships.The ideal candidate has procurement experience, strong negotiation skills, and a background in telecom or technical inventory management. What you’ll do
  • Coordinate the purchasing of materials and equipment for telecom operations
  • Conduct and oversee monthly inventory audits
  • Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and schedules with suppliers and vendors
  • Issue and track purchase orders; maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records
  • Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels across warehouses and field locations
  • Collaborate with field teams, warehouse staff, and project managers to ensure timely delivery of materials
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and assist with vendor selection and evaluation
  • Resolve order, delivery, and invoice discrepancies
What you’ll need
  • 1+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain (preferred, not required)
  • Experience in telecommunications, construction, or technical industries (preferred, not required)
  • Familiarity with telecom materials, tools, and equipment is a plus
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Smartsheet
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

The wage range for Procurement Coordinator is $20.00  - $24.00.
