Job description

28th August, 2026
The Opportunity
We're partnering confidentially with a private Principal seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide high-touch executive and personal support across a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
This is far more than a traditional Executive Assistant role. You'll become a trusted extension of the Principal, helping manage everything from health and wellness protocols to household operations, travel, scheduling, and personal projects.
The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, discreet, and naturally attuned to what needs to happen next. You're someone who takes pride in creating seamless experiences, solving problems before they become problems, and making a meaningful difference behind the scenes.
This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives on responsibility, and wants to grow into an increasingly trusted role over time.
What You'll Do
Executive & Personal Support
  • Provide high-level executive and personal assistance to the Principal
  • Manage schedules, reminders, appointments, and day-to-day priorities
  • Execute personal projects and business-related tasks as they arise
  • Anticipate needs and identify ways to make daily operations more efficient
  • Become a reliable point of contact for a wide range of personal and professional needs
Health & Wellness Coordination
  • Organize and administer a comprehensive supplement and wellness protocol
  • Maintain meticulous records of health schedules, protocols, and appointments
  • Coordinate with phlebotomists and other providers to schedule blood draws and testing
  • Ensure the Principal stays organized and on track with health-related commitments and reminders
Household & Lifestyle Management
  • Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for the Berkeley residence
  • Coordinate with the private chef regarding meal schedules and menus
  • Provide polished, high-touch service during meals, including serving and clearing
  • Manage onsite vendors, deliveries, mail, and household logistics
  • Welcome and assist guests with warmth, professionalism, and discretion
Travel & Logistics
  • Manage all packing and preparation for domestic and international travel
  • Coordinate detailed travel logistics and ensure everything is prepared before arrival
  • Occasionally travel ahead of the Principal to prepare accommodations and create a seamless arrival experience
  • Anticipate travel needs and proactively resolve logistical challenges
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience as a high-level Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role
  • Experience supporting private individuals, executives, principals, or high-profile clients is strongly preferred
  • Exceptional discretion and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent intuition, judgment, and problem-solving ability
  • Calm, composed, and resourceful in fast-moving situations
  • Naturally proactive with a strong instinct for service
  • Professional, polished, and comfortable interacting with vendors, guests, and service providers
  • Reliable transportation and the ability to commute between Berkeley and San Francisco
  • Willingness to take on increasing responsibility as the role evolves
Who You Are
You're the person who notices what others miss.
You see that something needs to be handled and take care of it without being asked. You're comfortable moving between executive support, household logistics, travel preparation, and personal projects without losing sight of the details.
You bring warmth and professionalism to every interaction, understand the importance of confidentiality, and genuinely enjoy making someone else's life more organized and effortless.
Location & Schedule
  • Primary Locations: Berkeley residence and San Francisco office
  • Schedule: Full-time, primarily onsite
  • Must be available to work wherever the Principal is located
  • Occasional after-hours or weekend communication may be required
  • Reliable transportation between Berkeley and San Francisco is required
If you're an exceptionally organized, service-minded professional who thrives on trust, variety, and responsibility, this is an opportunity to become an indispensable partner to a dynamic Principal and grow with the role over time.
