Key Areas of Responsibility

Creative Design & Execution

  • Develop and deliver cohesive visual concepts across both digital and print channels, including:
    • Website design assets such as landing pages, product pages, and interactive elements
    • Digital paid advertising (banner ads, retargeting, programmatic, CTV, etc.)
    • Social media graphics, animations, and shortform visual content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
    • Email marketing assets, newsletters, owner communications, brochures, catalogs, logos, and signage for dealers and RV shows
    • Creative direction for product launches, owner rallies, RV shows, and community events
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand project goals and deliver high-quality, onbrand design solutions on schedule.
  • Work closely with photographers and videographers to select, edit, and enhance imagery for digital platforms.
  • Uphold Grand Design's visual identity to reinforce brand consistency and recognition.
  • Maintain and organize the company's digital asset library, ensuring consistent use across all touchpoints.
  • Ensure all creative work aligns with industry standards, audience expectations, and Grand Design's brand aesthetic.
  • Partner with external advertising agencies to develop supporting design collateral for key campaigns.
  • Lead select crossbrand collateral initiatives (e.g., POP reorders, construction posters, interior feature posters) and help maintain vendor relationships.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging design techniques, and RVspecific visual themes to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the team.

Website Design & Digital Experience

  • Partner with web and development teams to enhance UX/UI, refine page layouts, and maintain consistent brand expression across the website.
  • Upload, optimize, and maintain website imagery and graphics within the Adobe environment.
  • Ensure all digital and web-based assets are optimized for speed, accessibility, and responsiveness.
  • Assist with backend website integration and optimization, including:
    • Site map updates, page builds, ongoing maintenance, and supporting graphics
    • Experience fragments (specifications, features, package information)
    • Uploading brochures, owner's manuals, and floorplan imagery

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, graphic design, visual arts or a creative field
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years of creative or graphic design experience, ideally in a digital-heavy role
  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital design work (web, social, banners, email, UX/UI elements).
  • Strong experience in PhotoShop, Illustrator, In-Design, Adobe and Microsoft applications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent patience and flexibility in an ever-changing environment
