We're seeking a Salesforce Administrator to support and enhance our Salesforce platform, ensuring it remains a powerful tool for collaboration, client engagement, and operational excellence. This role is ideal for a proactive problem-solver who enjoys optimizing business processes, empowering users with technology, and partnering across teams to deliver impactful solutions. As part of a growing and innovative organization, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while helping shape the future of our technology ecosystem.
This role will sit in Waukee, Iowa and is not a remote position.
Essential Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the daily administration and support of Salesforce including roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, and sharing rules.
  • Manage Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): object and field creation, page layouts and lighting pages, record types, custom settings.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user issues and provide timely support
  • Monitor End user Adoption and propose ideas to further drive adoption.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 0-2 years' Salesforce experience. Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred.
  • Skills: A desire for further learning of the Salesforce Platform is essential. Must possess ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions and to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Technical Competencies: Invests in developing technical knowledge to understand business needs, make informed decisions, and deliver effective technology solutions and processes. Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills by efficiently identifying problems, leveraging resources to determine root causes, and proposing and implementing solutions or improvements.
  • Must be able to be on-site in Waukee, Iowa
