Overview

The Assistant Planner is a full-time, hybrid role based in Orange, CA, with the flexibility to work from home three days a week. This position supports planning and environmental projects by conducting research, compiling and analyzing data, and assisting with the preparation of technical documents and reports.


Position Responsibilities

The Assistant Planner helps coordinate stakeholder and community engagement activities, including public meetings, outreach events, and communication materials. Day-to-day responsibilities include organizing project files, tracking project schedules and milestones, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
