Sand Springs is a non-reformed, independent Baptist church in beautiful East Texas. We honor God’s Word and prioritize the Gospel, and He has blessed us with steady growth. Our multi-generational congregation enjoys a blended worship style—singing both hymns and praise choruses—with an emphasis on Biblical truth. Position Overview
The Associate Pastor partners with the Lead Pastor to shepherd and equip our church family, with a focus on clear, Gospel-centered teaching and a vibrant, safe children’s ministry (birth through 6th grade). This full-time role combines preaching, pastoral care, administrative leadership, and the development of creative, Christ-centered programming for children and families.

1. Preaching & Teaching
Prepare to preach and teach Gospel-centered sermons and lessons.

3. Children’s Ministry Leadership
