Job description

Brandt est actuellement à la recherche d'un directeur des pièces pour sa succursale de  Mont - Laurier Construction et Foresterie.

Ce poste est responsable de la gestion des pièces et du personnel afin de maximiser le rendement du capital investi en optimisant les processus.

Fonctions et responsabilités 

  • Gérer tous les aspects de l’inventaire des pièces au sein du système de pièces
  • Optimiser les processus du département des pièces pour garantir la satisfaction des clients internes et externes
  • Accroître la rentabilité des ventes de pièces
  • Coordonner de façon rapide, efficace et en temps opportun la gestion des documents/tâches administratives
  • Collaborer avec les responsables des opérations et du service afin de garantir un renouvellement rapide des pièces nécessaires aux travaux internes
  • Participer à l’analyse des opérations du département et de la disposition de l’entreposage et les réviser au besoin pour assurer une efficacité maximale
  • Maintenir une équipe de pièces hautement performante grâce à l’embauche, à la formation, à l’encadrement, au mentorat et à la gestion du rendement dans un environnement sécuritaire
  • Exercer un contrôle rigoureux des dépenses
  • Assurer un service client externe et interne de qualité supérieure grâce à la planification du personnel pour couvrir les heures d’ouverture
  • Collaborer avec l’équipe de soutien aux produits et de fabrication pour trouver et entreposer des pièces de produits fabriquées à l’interne
  • Élaborer un plan d’affaires et un budget annuels pour la vente des pièces afin d’inclure un soutien aux autres succursales de Brandt
  • Collaborer avec le département des ventes afin de maximiser les opportunités de marketing croisé
  • Autres tâches assignées

Compétences requises

  • Connaissance des procédures générales relatives aux pièces et à l’entrepôt
  • Excellentes compétences de communication tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit
  • Capacité à diriger efficacement une équipe pour atteindre les objectifs fixés
  • Volonté d’aider les autres employés au besoin et selon la charge de travail
  • Solides compétences d’encadrement et de gestion d’inventaire

Expérience requise

Brandt is currently seeking a Parts Manager for our Mont-Laurier Construction and Forestry location.

This position is responsible for the management of parts operations and personnel to maximize returns on investment through optimizing departmental processes.

Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Accountable for managing all aspects of parts inventory within parts system
  • Optimize Parts Department processes to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction
  • Grow profitable parts sales
  • Coordinates a prompt, efficient, and timely flow of paperwork.
  • Works with the Operations & Service Managers to ensure a timely turnaround of parts needed for internal jobs.
  • Assists in analyzing departmental operations and storage layout and revises as needed for maximum effectiveness
  • Maintain a high performance parts team through hiring, training, coaching, mentoring, and performance management in a safe environment
  • Exercise disciplined expense control
  • Ensure superior external and internal parts customer service through staff scheduling to cover business hours
  • Work with product support and manufacturing groups to source and stock internally manufactured product parts
  • Develop annual parts sales business plan and budget to include support to other Brandt branches
  • Work with the Sales departments to maximize cross marketing opportunities
  • Other duties as assigned
