Administrative Assistant Duties and Responsibilities
• Administrative Support: Maintain electronic and paper personnel files, ensuring 100% compliance with data privacy regulations.
• Recruitment Coordination: Schedule interviews, correspond with candidates, and assist with posting job openings on various boards.
• Data Entry: changes in employee status, compensation, or contact information.
• General Inquiries: Act as a first point of contact for employee questions regarding company policies, benefits, or basic procedures.
• Administrative Support: Maintain electronic and paper personnel files, ensuring 100% compliance with data privacy regulations.
