Description

Coordinates contractor job scope work including permits, access, or ROW

agreements where applicable.

• Keep all trackers and Site Tracker up to date.

• Create folders and collect all the documentation needed to create and send NTP

packages to the contractor.

• Responsible for ensuring the schedule, budget and details of a given task are well

organized.

• Distributes design prints and other necessary working documents.

• Coordinates all customer implementation activities including site walk-throughs.

• Serves as point of contact and coordinator with public works personnel, developers,

commercial customers, building owners, and utilities on joint trench projects.

• As projects are completed, perform tasks to close tasks in database/tool, reconcile

assets, and generate reports to ensure proper closure of project.

• Assist with locating contractors for any building issues.

• Confers with other employees in the Construction department to outline work plan

and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority.

• Helps direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure project

progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget.

• Reviews status reports prepared by project personnel and makes modifications to

schedules or plans as required.

• Prepares project reports as needed for management review.

• Works with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition of contracts, agreements,

and expectations for project

• Assist with the proposal and quote development to include initiating, analyzing, and

comparing written quotes from vendors.

• Updating and maintaining accurate information in our systems and project

databases.

• Maintain vendor relationships to optimize the execution of their services.

• Assist Construction team to meet milestones and project-specific requirements,

including invoicing customers accordingly.

Pay and Benefits
