Job description

Chick-fil-A St. Augustine is seeking a full-time Marketing/Operations Director. Duties and responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

Assist operations both BOH and FOH to ensure food is going out timely, guests are taken care of, and the business is always operating at a high level. This will be at least 50% of the time.

ย Works at the restaurant, in dining room, for special events, taste testing and to enhance the guest experience at various times throughout the month as determined/coordinated with Chief Sales Officer and Chief Operations Officer.ย 

Responsible for the Corporate Marketing Plan implementation and completion of all requirements of the Plan for CFASTAUG. Responsible for organizing and leading the Marketing Program for the restaurant.

Constant communication with leaders and team members about marketing events, food trailers, ADP and Catering, as appropriate, and to ensure all marketing is completed on time and accurately.

Provide continual feedback to team members about expectations and serve as a leader by encouraging, inspiring and leading the team to achieve results.

Be an ambassador for the brand by building relationships with local community members on a regular basis and working on increasing sales at both locations.

Maintain and continue to grow existing relationships (i.e., surprise and delight guests at work with his or her favorite Chick-fil-A menu item, mail a handwritten thank-you note thanking a guest for his or her partnership with Chick-fil-A, reach out to businesses to set up events at the restaurants).

Distribute marketing materials to potential CFASTAUG locations, to build awareness of Chick-fil-A Catering, ADP and in-dining options.

Maintain vendor relationships and build new relationships, as needed.ย 

Maintain a safe (including serving safe and quality food) and secure environment for team members and guests.

Assist with implementing and tracking sales data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.

Assist with creating all Promotional Events for CFA St. Augustine via social media and in the Community. Planning Community Events, Restaurant Events, and High School Athletic Events.

Assist with POP Changes with Campaigns.ย 

Assist with following up with Cares.

Assist with managing and growing Chick-fil-A One and Text Club. Stay up to Date with All Spotlight and CFA One Guest: Loading Rewards, Technical Issues, and Promotional Products.

Assist with the design of Marketing Material in Studio for approval from Corporate CFA.

Perform other duties as assigned.
