About the Role
When you step into the role as an Operations Manager at Triad Wealth Partners, LLC ("Triad Wealth"), you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations while driving process consistency, team performance, and operational efficiency across the platform.
This role bridges execution and strategy by leading a team of Operations Analysts, owning key workflows, and partnering with leadership to implement scalable processes. You will play a critical role in ensuring operational excellence while supporting the firm's continued growth.
As Triad continues to scale, this role offers the opportunity to expand into broader operational leadership and strategic ownership.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead the Operations team, including daily oversight, workload management, and performance development
  • Oversee core operational workflows including onboarding, account maintenance, billing support, and advisor service requests
  • Ensure consistent execution of processes with a strong focus on accuracy, timeliness, and client experience
  • Act as the first point of escalation for complex operational issues, working to resolve quickly and effectively
  • Partner with the Vice President of Operations to implement strategic initiatives and operational improvements
  • Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and risks within workflows and implement solutions to improve scalability
  • Monitor operational KPIs and team performance, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Billing, Compliance, Finance, and Technology teams
  • Assist in developing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training materials
  • Drive adoption of systems and tools such as Salesforce and Orion to improve workflow efficiency
  • Promote a culture of accountability, ownership, and member obsession within the team
  • Ensure delivery of a consistent 11-star advisor and client experience

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in financial services operations (RIA, TAMP, or wealth platform preferred)
  • Prior experience mentoring, training, or leading team members strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of operational workflows including onboarding, billing support, and custodial processes
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive execution in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement mindset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Orion, Salesforce, and custodial platforms preferred
  • High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and accountability

This position offers in-office, hybrid, and remote work arrangements (if residing more than 45 miles from Lawrence, Kansas). You'll work with your leader to determine which option best aligns with your situation.
