Operations Manager

Position Summary

As Krise Transportation continues to grow, we are seeking experienced operational leaders to join our team. 

The Operations Manager is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations while fostering a culture centered on safety, customer service, employee engagement, and continuous improvement. This leader partners with regional leadership, school districts, and corporate support teams to drive operational excellence and position the business for continued growth.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced transportation, logistics, fleet, or operations leader looking to make a meaningful impact within a rapidly expanding organization.


What You'll Do
  • Lead daily transportation operations to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable service.
  • Develop and coach frontline leaders and employees while creating a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with school district partners, customers, and community stakeholders.
  • Partner with recruiting and training teams to maintain staffing levels that support operational success.
  • Monitor operational performance, financial results, and key performance indicators while identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards.
  • Support change management initiatives, process improvements, and operational best practices.
  • Collaborate with regional leadership to support new business opportunities, acquisitions, and organizational growth.
  • Promote employee development and succession planning across the operation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
