Strategic Growth

  • Collaborate with the President, General Manager, and other management on strategic planning and business development initiatives.
  • Evaluate and recommend opportunities for expansion, new service offerings, or geographic growth.
  • Support preconstruction efforts and client/GC relationship management at the executive level.

Vendor & Subcontractor Management

  • Oversee relationships with major suppliers, manufacturers, and specialty subcontractors.
  • Negotiate key vendor agreements to secure favorable pricing and terms.

Qualifications & Experience

Required:

  • 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in the electrical contracting industry.
  • Proven track record as an Operations Manager, General Manager, or COO in a similar electrical contractor environment.
