Executive Assistant / Executive Operations Manager - Mechanical Construction
Location: Greater St. Louis Area
Compensation: $80,000-$120,000 per year, depending on experience
Employment Type: Full-time, on-site
gpac is partnering with a leading mechanical construction firm in the Greater St. Louis area to identify an experienced Executive Assistant / Executive Operations Manager to support the President and executive leadership team.
This individual will play a pivotal role in streamlining operations, coordinating strategic initiatives, and ensuring organizational priorities are executed with precision. The ideal candidate brings strong operational acumen, initiative, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, construction-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner directly with the President to align and execute on strategic priorities.
  • Streamline internal operations for clarity, consistency, and efficiency.
  • Lead and track high-impact internal projects and cross-departmental initiatives.
  • Mitigate decision fatigue by driving follow-through on key objectives.
  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure accountability and organizational alignment.
