Job description

What You'll Be Doing
No two days look exactly the same here. In this role, you'll:
  • Partner closely with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to support daily operations, initiatives, and team needs
  • Oversee multiple departments and collaborate with team leads to set goals, review performance, and keep everyone aligned
  • Lead pre-shift meetings, staff orientations, and support training for new hires
  • Help build schedules, learning paths, and mentorships for team members
  • Be a visible, hands-on leader on the floor - setting the tone through professionalism, communication, and teamwork
  • Support guest experience by responding to questions, resolving issues, and keeping the front of house running smoothly
  • Ensure all areas are clean, organized, safe, and guest-ready
  • Assist with special events, promotions, league preparation, and day-to-day coordination
  • Monitor inventory and supplies and communicate needs to leadership
  • Operate POS systems, make announcements, and support lane and amusement operations as needed
  • Handle opening and closing duties and help ensure safety, security, and proper use of company property
  • Respond to incidents or injuries and complete required documentation when needed

What We're Looking For
You'll be a great fit if you have:
  • A high school diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • 4+ years of guest service experience and 2-4 years of supervisory experience
  • Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
  • Comfort using Microsoft Office and basic systems
  • The ability to stay calm, positive, and professional in a busy environment
