Job description

Reporting to the Supervisor, Practitioner Network Operations, the Student - Practitioner Network Operations (PNO) will support provider network administration, recredentialing, provider file management, reporting, and process improvement initiatives. This role provides hands-on experience in healthcare operations, provider compliance, quality assurance, and data analysis while supporting the lifecycle of GreenShield's affiliate provider network. 

  • Support provider recredentialing by tracking:contracts, licenses, insurance, training, attestations, and other required documentation. 
  • Review, organize, and maintain provider records to ensure files are complete, accurate, current, and audit-ready. 
  • Assist with provider communications and follow-up related to credentialing, recredentialing, training, and network engagement. 
  • Support data collection, reporting, and analysis related to provider network operations and performance metrics. 
  • Contribute to operational improvement projects, process documentation, and automation opportunities.
