Job Title: Contact Center Agent
Overview:
As a ContactCenter Agent, you will be the first friendly person that greets clients onthe phone or online and assists them with their banking needs. This role offers a team environment and agreat insight into the world of banking and wealth management tobuild a foundation for a career in financial services.
What You'll Do:
Day in the Life - Everyday you answer calls, chat requests and emails from our external and internalcustomers to assist them with general account questions, debit cards, onlinebanking and fraud working within a fast-paced call center environment. You willhelp clients by verifying account information, assisting with transactions, educatingthem on German American products and services, as well as guide them when theyare not sure where to go next by engaging in friendly, meaningfulconversations.
What it Takes - Tothrive in this role you must maintain confidentiality, have the ability toadapt to change, and listen closely to understand and identify opportunities tobetter serve the customer, which will both build and strengthen long-lastingrelationships. We will teach youeverything else.
