Prior Motorcycle Mechanic/ Technician experience as well as a Motorcycle License are required for this position.

Requirements:

  • MMI Graduate Preferred and Manufacturer Certifications Preferred

  • 3+ years of verifiable motorcycle technician experience preferred

  • Master Certs or A/B level certifications preferred

  • Own a set of comprehensive tools

  • Valid driver's license with motorcycle endorsement and clean driving record

  • Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

  • Self-motivated, organized and punctual

Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt, dependable, high quality, vehicle service to (internal & external) customers

  • Complete repair work within the scheduled or allotted time period

  • Maintain productivity as close to 100% as possible

  • Request parts for the job

  • Perform service, repair, and customization work in accordance to factory specifications.

  • Assist Service Writer, when requested, with writing up work orders, communication with customers, test riding, etc...

  • Notify Service Writer / Manager of additional work needed

  • Ensure proper completion and filing of paperwork

  • Maintain shop cleanliness

  • Maintain technical (PHD and other) qualification by completing any necessary training programs

  • Keep customersโ€™ vehicles cleaner than when it was dropped off
