At Intellistack, we're committed to revolutionizing the way organizations collect information, automate workflows, and create seamless digital experiences.

Founded with the belief that work should be simplified, Intellistack has grown into a leading provider of powerful, no-code productivity solutions that help teams do more with less. Across thousands of organizations worldwide, our tools and platform empower users to quickly build custom forms, automate document generation, capture eSignatures, and streamline data-driven processes—all without needing to write a single line of code.

With intuitive solutions that put power in the hands of everyday users, we make it easier to build, automate, and optimize processes at scale.

Who We Are
At Intellistack, we don’t do status quo. We move fast, think deep, and build what’s next—powered by people, supercharged by AI.

We’re a team of builders: curious, driven, and relentless about solving the real problem. Around here, feedback is fuel, clarity wins, and change is the default setting. If you’re hungry to grow and ready to leave a dent, you’ll fit right in.

Role Overview / What You’ll Do

As a Lead Brand Designer, you'll own the visual expression of the Intellistack brand across every stage of the marketing journey. As our lead creative, you'll drive the creative development and production of high-impact marketing assets that build awareness, generate demand, and support corporate initiatives.

You'll partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership to bring campaigns, product launches, events, webinars, customer stories, executive presentations, and sales enablement to life through thoughtful, compelling design.

From campaign concepts to final deliverables, you'll ensure every asset reflects a consistent, modern brand experience while helping shape the evolution of our visual identity. This is a highly collaborative, hands‑on role for someone who loves building, creating, and elevating brands in a fast-moving environment. While you won't manage a team, you'll serve as the creative lead for the organization, owning the end-to-end design function and setting the standard for visual excellence.

Who You Are
  • You're equal parts brand strategist and creator. You enjoy developing creative concepts just as much as bringing them to life.

  • You thrive in environments where you have ownership and autonomy, and you're excited to build and scale a brand without a dedicated design team.

  • You know great design isn't just beautiful. It's purposeful. Every asset you create supports awareness, demand generation, customer engagement, or business growth.

  • You're highly organized and able to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality.

  • You embrace AI-powered creative tools and emerging technologies to improve speed, creativity, and efficiency.

  • You enjoy collaborating across functions and translating business objectives into compelling visual stories.

  • You're comfortable moving between strategic thinking and hands‑on execution, whether you're designing a campaign, refining a presentation, or creating executive‑ready materials.

Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end design and production of marketing assets that drive brand awareness, demand generation, customer engagement, and executive communications.

  • Design and deliver creative assets for integrated marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, social media, email, landing pages, webinars, events, ebooks, case studies, sales collateral, and product marketing initiatives.

  • Create the visual assets that support webinars and virtual events, including promotional graphics, presentation templates, downloadable resources, follow‑up assets, and supporting campaign materials. This role supports the marketing experience around webinars, not webinar production or delivery.

  • Design executive presentations, Board of Directors decks, investor materials, company announcements, and other corporate communications with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Produce motion graphics, animations, short‑form videos, and multimedia content that enhance marketing campaigns and storytelling.

  • Maintain and evolve Intellistack's visual identity by developing scalable brand assets, templates, and design standards that ensure consistency across every customer touchpoint.

  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership to translate business goals into compelling visual experiences.

  • Manage multiple creative projects from concept through final delivery while balancing speed, quality, and business priorities.

  • Champion design best practices and continuously explore new creative technologies, AI tools, and design trends that elevate the brand.

What We’re Looking For
  • 4+ years of experience in brand design, visual design, or marketing design, preferably in a B2B SaaS or technology environment.

  • Proven ability to build and scale a high‑performing creative function by effectively directing agencies, contractors, freelancers, interns, and offshore resources, ensuring consistent quality, efficient execution, and alignment with brand standards.

  • Outstanding portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual design across digital marketing campaigns, brand systems, presentations, and marketing assets.

  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI‑powered creative, design, and productivity tools to increase speed, scale, and efficiency while enhancing creative quality and enabling greater business impact.

  • Expert proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects). Figma experience is strongly preferred.

  • Experience creating motion graphics, animation, and multimedia content.

  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, visual storytelling, and digital‑first design principles.

  • Experience designing assets that support integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

  • Ability to balance creativity with business objectives while managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both creative and non‑creative stakeholders.

Bonus Points
  • Experience building or evolving a brand system within a high‑growth technology company.

  • Experience designing executive presentations and Board‑level communications.

  • Experience with video editing and AI‑powered creative tools.

  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS and digital production best practices.

Compensation

The base salary for this position is between $110,000-$120,000 USD and will include an additional annual company bonus. Total compensation is determined based on candidate background, skills, and location.

Location

This role will preferably be hybrid, based out of our Denver office location in Cherry Creek.

Intellistack is an equal opportunity employer, passionately committed to equitable hiring and boldly dedicated to diversity in our work and teams. We do not discriminate in employment opportunities or practices based on actual or perceived race, color, religion, national origin, sex (including pregnancy, childbirth, or related conditions), age, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, veteran status, uniformed service member status, disability, or any other characteristic protected by law.
