Job description

Margot Elena Companies and Collections, a creatively driven company producing gorgeous bath, body, and lifestyle brands, is looking for a full-time Experienced Graphic Designer to expand our creative team.

We’re looking for a powerhouse, seasoned designer – an innovative, creative thinker with a sophisticated aesthetic and a passion for storytelling. Your portfolio is filled with professional work demonstrating artistic and technical skills in packaging and print. You’ll be zealous in your pursuit of great design and flourish working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven department in a one-of-a-kind environment.

Required Skills

  • Degree in Graphic Design or Packaging Design.
  • 3-5+ years of professional design experience on an in-house design team or creative agency.
  • Portfolio of work showcasing a modern, high-level aesthetic. Bonus points for packaging experience in luxury consumer goods in beauty and gift categories.
  • Uncompromising eye for detail, color, composition, and typography.
  • Packaging design with knowledge of prototyping, dielines, production processes, printing techniques, and finishes.
  • Delivery of accurate, production-ready files with a commitment to excellence.
  • Strong communicator, both visually and verbally, with a capability to effectively articulate design specifications and feedback.
  • Wizardry at multitasking. Ability to manage concurrent projects and deliver on time.
  • Motivated self-starter.
  • An ego-free aptitude to understand and apply direction. Welcomes and builds upon feedback and the insight of others with a collaborative mindset.
  • Mastery of Adobe Suite

  • Starting Salary: $57,000 - $74,000 per year - based on experience

Work Environment: The Graphic Designer role will work in varied settings, including but not limited to office and warehouse environments with exposure to dust, moderate to loud noise, and varying temperatures. Locations may vary.
