Job description

Summary of Position:
We are looking for a Motion Designer (2D/3D) to join our internal creative team and help bring complex ideas to life through animation, motion graphics, and cinematic 3D visuals. This role focuses on creating high-quality motion graphics, animation, and 3D visualizations that help communicate complex technical ideas through compelling visual storytelling. Working closely with designers, marketers, and subject-matter experts across the organization, the Motion Designer will develop visuals that support marketing campaigns, brand storytelling, and technical communication. Projects will include motion graphics for video, 3D product and technology visualizations, and animated explainers that simplify complex systems and processes. The ideal candidate is a curious and collaborative visual storyteller who enjoys learning new concepts, asking questions, and turning technical information into engaging visual narratives.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • 2-7 years of professional experience in motion design, animation, or a related creative field.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating motion graphics, animation, and 3D visualization work.
  • Experience translating complex or technical information into clear visual storytelling.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with designers, marketers, and subject-matter experts, taking direction from multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong visual design sensibility including composition, pacing, typography, and lighting.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
