The Opportunity

GOD TV is seeking a highly capable Graphic Designer to join its Creative Team at a pivotal stage of development.

This role represents an opportunity to contribute to a growing, multi-disciplinary department transitioning from reactive production to a structured, scalable, and brand-led creative function.

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality creative across print, digital, broadcast, and campaign channels, while supporting the execution of larger, brand-critical initiatives.

Working within an established brand system, this role requires both creative thinking and the discipline to deliver clear, consistent, and trustworthy visual communication at scale.

The Role

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for the execution of multi-channel creative output, supporting campaign delivery, fundraising initiatives, and day-to-day production across the organisation.

Operating within a structured creative environment, the role will focus on delivering Tier 2 creative work while contributing to the rollout and consistency of Tier 1 campaigns.

The position requires a balance of creative problem solving and adherence to established brand systems, ensuring all outputs reinforce clarity, cohesion, and long-term brand trust.

The role also supports the wider evolution of the Creative Department by contributing to more efficient workflows, scalable systems, and improved production standards.

• Support the creation of broadcast and motion-based creative, including on-air graphics and visual elements

• Ensure all work aligns with campaign objectives, timelines, and brand standards

Campaign & Brand Execution:

• Support the rollout of campaign identities across multiple platforms

• Deliver supporting assets for major fundraising and marketing campaigns

• Contribute to multi-channel campaign consistency and effectiveness

• Ensure all creative reinforces long-term brand positioning rather than short-term impact

Brand Consistency & Stewardship:

• Apply GOD TV’s brand system consistently across all outputs

• Maintain visual and tonal standards that reflect clarity, trust, and cohesion

• Work within established templates, frameworks, and creative systems

• Support the ongoing development of a unified brand experience across all touchpoints

Creative Thinking & Problem Solving:

• Translate briefs into clear, effective, and visually compelling creative solutions

• Balance creativity with clarity, avoiding unnecessary complexity

• Solve design challenges across formats, platforms, and audience contexts

• Contribute ideas that improve creative quality, efficiency, and scalability

Workflow & Collaboration:

• Operate within structured intake, prioritisation, and delivery systems

• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Fundraising, Programming, and Product teams

• Manage multiple projects with varying timelines and levels of complexity

• Deliver work within agreed timelines and production standards

Candidate Profile

Experience & Skills:

• 3–4 years’ experience in a commercial design role (agency or in-house)

• Strong portfolio demonstrating multi-channel creative work

• Proven experience across print and digital design

• Solid understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy

• Working knowledge of motion design and digital platforms (desirable)

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign essential)

• Familiarity with After Effects and Figma or similar tools (desirable)

Creative Capability:

• Strong creative thinking and problem-solving ability

• Ability to interpret briefs and deliver clear, effective solutions

• Comfort working within defined brand systems and guidelines

• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output

Disposition/Attitude:

• Demonstrate support for and commitment to the Christian mission, values and statement of faith of GOD TV

• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills

• Comfortable working independently and within a team environment

• Open to feedback and responsive within structured workflows

• Calm and solutions-focused under pressure

Strategic Capability:

• Exceptional strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into executable plans

• Strong commercial and analytical acumen, with a focus on measurable outcomes

• Ability to operate effectively in high-growth, high-ambiguity environments

Performance & Impact

Success in this role will be measured through:

• Consistent delivery of high-quality creative aligned with brand standards

• Strong contribution to campaign execution and readiness

• Improved efficiency and reduction in rework through clarity and accuracy

• High levels of stakeholder satisfaction and collaboration

• Contribution to a more scalable, system-led creative function
