Assistant Mine Warfare officers are naval personnel who specialize in supporting the planning, deployment, and management of naval mines and mine countermeasures. They assist in the coordination of mine warfare operations, including the detection and neutralization of underwater mines to ensure safe passage for naval vessels. These officers often work with specialized equipment and teams to carry out their duties, and they play a vital role in maritime security and fleet protection.
