Work Environment

This position allows for flexibility, as it is primarily a remote role. However, you will also have the opportunity to engage with clients at our outpatient office in Vancouver when necessary. Our working hours are Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, with occasional evenings or weekends to accommodate client schedules. Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass an array of activities, including:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to ascertain the mental health needs of clients, guiding them towards appropriate treatment options.
• Developing and implementing personalized, evidence-based treatment plans in accordance with each client's specific goals and challenges.
• Providing individual, couples, and group counseling, leveraging therapeutic interventions that resonate with a diverse client population.
• Collaborating effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including psychologists, social workers, and healthcare providers, to ensure holistic client care.
• Maintaining meticulous client records, while adhering to all legal, ethical, and organizational standards of confidentiality.
• Taking part in ongoing clinical supervision, case conferences, and actively pursuing professional development opportunities to enhance skills.

Qualifications

To be considered for this opportunity, you should possess the following qualifications:

• A valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) within the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits
