Job description

We are currently seeking Full Time Physician Assistants to join the Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery Service. These candidates will work within a physician and multi-service practice environment; they will work in the operating room providing autonomous and collaborative based patient care, as well as, providing both inpatient and outpatient care. There will be a strong emphasis of this job that relates to first assisting in the operating room.

Specialties Facial Rejuvenation Rhinoplasty Revision Rhinoplasty Teen Rhinoplasty Male Rhinoplasty Ethnic Rhinoplasty Fat Grafting Balloon Sinuplasty Sleep Apnea Nasal airway/breathing Sinus Disorders Migraine Headache Facial Nerve Rehabilitation PA candidate must be a graduate of an accredited PA program. NCCPA board certification, New Jersey license or qualification for state licensure is required Ideal candidate will have a NYS License as well. Preferably, this candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in reconstructive plastic surgery but strong new graduates will be considered.

The ideal candidate will be a team player, flexible, possesses excellent communication skills, be proactive and have a genuine interest in the field of reconstructive surgery. This candidate must also possess the ability to manage time and stress effectively as it pertains to the operating room setting.
