The Social Media & Marketing Coordinator manages day-to-day social media planning, content, and analytics while supporting creative and marketing initiatives. This full-time, salaried position offers the opportunity to strengthen Med One's brand across digital, print, and internal communications through engaging content, creative ideas, and data-driven strategies.
Essential Responsibilities:
  • Develop social media concepts, campaigns, and content calendars aligned with company goals and initiatives.
  • Plan, schedule, and publish content across all social media channels.
  • Develop engaging social media copy, captions, and other written content.
  • Monitor social media channels, including comments, messages, mentions, platform updates, and engagement opportunities.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance and provide data-driven recommendations for future content and campaigns.
  • Identify trends and develop new ideas for online content.
  • Collaborate with Creative to create basic social graphics, short-form content, and other marketing materials utilizing Adobe software.
  • Resize, adapt, and prepare existing and future creative for different platforms.
  • Support email, web, print, and other marketing initiatives as needed.
  • Lead internal communication and assist with creative coordination for Med One's company publication.
  • Support sales and operations with marketing-related needs, including print materials, badges, and equipment-related items.
  • Assist with customer giving and recognition, including holiday appreciation.
  • Assist with the distribution and production of marketing materials by printing, cutting, folding, laminating, taping, and shipping. Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and are distributed effectively.
  • Provide daily support for tasks and projects required by the Marketing department.

Qualifications:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptionally organized with the ability to plan and manage content several months in advance.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to develop new ideas and skills.

Technical Skills:
  • Experience with B2B social media strategy, content development, scheduling, and analytics.
  • Experience with social media management and scheduling platforms.
  • Proficiency in writing and editing content, including social media copy, blogs, newsletters, press releases, and other marketing communications.
  • Basic experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.
  • Basic experience with video editing and short-form video content is preferred.
  • Basic photography and/or videography experience is a plus.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Mac, and Adobe Acrobat.
