Assistant Mandarin Teachers support lead Mandarin instructors in the classroom by helping with lesson preparation, classroom management, and individual student support. They often assist in creating teaching materials, facilitating language practice activities, and providing feedback to learners. Their role is crucial in enhancing students' language acquisition by offering personalized attention and fostering an immersive Mandarin learning environment. Additionally, they may help with administrative tasks and cultural activities to enrich the learning experience.

What are some common challenges assistant Mandarin teachers face when supporting students with varying language proficiency levels?
