Globaltech, Inc. is a design-build company of engineers and contractors that serves primarily municipal water and wastewater utilities. Our main office is located in Boca Raton, Florida. We are currently seeking dynamic, team-oriented individuals to play key roles in our growing South Florida firm. Globaltech, Inc. is seeking a motivated Project Admin. Assistant to join our team of multidiscipline design-build professionals to round out our engineering service capabilities in the municipal water and wastewater facilities market.


Duties and Responsibilities


  • Assist project managers and engineers with scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, setting reminders, and performing other duties to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Create, attend, and document internal and external meetings. Prepare and distribute agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
  •  Coordinate and organize office construction meetings, ensuring the project team is updated on progress and issues.
  • Prepare and manage subcontracts, purchase orders, submittals, and other project-related documents.
  •  Provide excellent support to technical staff, office leaders, clients, vendors, and other team members, ensuring smooth communication and project operations.
  • Participate in coordinating production needs to support project timelines and requirements.
  • Assist in reviewing, verifying, and editing work produced by professional-level staff to ensure quality control and accuracy.
  • Assist organizing and maintaining project records, files, and correspondence, ensuring proper documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  •  Manage vendor's setup and certificate of insurance
  • Manage and coordinate all mob and demob for all project sites (dumpsters, storage containers, and restrooms) Other duties as assigned


Requirements

  • Associates Degree preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
  • Attention to detail and accuracy without sacrificing efficiency is crucial
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team player are essential
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
  • Ability to work from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday through Friday from our Boca Raton office
  • Ability to pass a background check and pre-hire drug test
  • Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
