Jersey Mike's is looking for Assistant Managers to grow with our company. Start at a minimum of $18-$20 per hour plus tips that average over $3 per hour and a monthly bonus program that pay out monthly up to 3% of the store profit.

We are looking for candidates in the Crystal Lake location!

Assistant Managers help oversee in-store operations alongside the General Manager. The Assistant Manager plays a major role in ensuring the store is in exceptional order and that all employees are performing duties properly and efficiently.

Assistant Managers receive a competitive hourly wage plus tips and are eligible for a monthly bonus. Assistant Managers must lead by example and execute systems and procedures with 100% integrity. As an Assistant Manager, your attitude needs to be enthusiastic, friendly, and positive, and follow all guidelines and initiatives outlined in the "Team Member" Description.
