Reporting to the Store Manager, the role of Assistant Manager is responsible for the development of Store Associates, fostering a highly engaging in-store customer experience and maximizing sales growth within the stores. The successful candidate will be key in contributing to the overall growth of company sales by inspiring, training and developing Store Leadership while retaining top talent.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Sales within your Store while sharing insights and feedback with your Peer group
  • Drive customer loyalty and new customer recruitment by creating an inspiring and engaging customer experience
  • Lead with an entrepreneurial spirit that inspires out of the box thinking and shop owner mentality to impact business results
