This role is both hands-on with customers and focused on developing your team, making it integral to creating a positive and productive work environment.

What is the best paying job in the beauty industry?

In the beauty industry, senior roles such as salon owners, spa directors, or product development managers tend to have the highest salaries. These positions often require extensive experience, business skills, and sometimes advanced certifications, and they can offer six-figure incomes depending on the location and scope of responsibilities.

Is an assistant manager a high position?

An assistant manager in the beauty industry is a supervisory role that typically reports to a store or salon manager.
