They must be focused on resident and staff satisfaction, be able to analyze data and root causes, communicate well, and possess an inner drive to be the best
Qualifications
Proficient in Google applications: Gmail, Sheets and Docs
Technology Proficient
Proven track record in business office management
Excellent verbal and communication skills
A desire to make a difference in the lives of seniors and a commitment to meet the needs of our residents
Successful experience as an Office Manager for an Assisted Living, Independent Living, or Memory Care facility
Must pass a criminal background check and drug test
