We are seeking a highly organized and proactive administrative assistant to support our Investment Banking team in Canada.ย  This role will provide administrative support, focusing on travel coordination and expense management.ย  The ideal candidate is detail oriented, responsive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.ย ย 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Investment Banking team including Analysts, Associates, VP's and SVP's
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation
  • Manage expense reports in Concur, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
  • Track and organize receipts and expense documentation
  • Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks as needed
  • Maintain a high level of organization and follow-through across multiple requests and deadlines

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of administrative experience, preferably within financial services or a fast-paced corporate environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
  • Excellent communication and responsiveness

Salary: CAD 75,000-89,000
