Bryan Properties is looking for an Office Assistant / Leasing Agent who brings energy, creativity, and great customer service to our team. This role is a mix of leasing, marketing, administration, and resident engagement-no two days are the same!

What You'll Be Doing

Show Homes & Welcome New Residents Give tours of rental properties around the Springfield area and help people find a place they'll love to call home.

Lease Like a Pro Assist with lease paperwork and guide residents through the signing process.

Deliver World-Class Customer Service Be the friendly face and helpful voice residents and prospects interact with daily.

Bring Ideas to the Table Help with marketing, advertising, and creative ways to attract new residents and keep current residents happy.

Keep Things Organized Create spreadsheets, reports, and surveys. Maintain resident records and assist with data entry.

Help Build Community Assist with resident outreach and fun loyalty events.

Support the Team Handle administrative tasks, prioritize projects, and help the office run smoothly.

What We're Looking For

High School Diploma or GED.ย At least 1 year of administrative, marketing, or advertising experience preferred.ย Valid driver's license,ย Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.ย Great communication and people skills.ย Comfortable with technology, spreadsheets, and social media.ย Someone who can think creatively and solve problems.
