About This Role:

We are seeking a Lead Digital Product Manager to own and evolve the enterprise knowledge platform capabilities that support agentic marketing workflows. This role will define product strategy, roadmap priorities, governance requirements, and measurable outcomes for the knowledge base, retrieval, access, and automation capabilities that enable AI agents to use trusted enterprise information safely and effectively. The Lead Digital Product Manager will partner across business, technology, data, risk, compliance, privacy, and platform teams to deliver scalable digital product capabilities that improve knowledge quality, reduce manual effort, strengthen controls, and increase the value of AI-enabled marketing execution.

In This Role, You Will:

Product Strategy, Roadmap & Ownership

  • Define and communicate the digital product vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise knowledge base capabilities supporting agentic marketing workflows.
  • Translate business needs, platform opportunities, risk considerations, and user feedback into prioritized product outcomes, epics, features, and measurable objectives.
  • Own product-level decision-making for knowledge ingestion, retrieval, governance, access, and operational capabilities while balancing customer value, business impact, technology feasibility, and risk.
  • Establish product goals, OKRs, performance indicators, and success measures tied to knowledge freshness, retrieval quality, automation, adoption, control effectiveness, and agent output quality.

Enterprise Knowledge Automation & Data Integration

  • Lead product discovery and requirements definition for automated knowledge acquisition from approved enterprise sources, including marketing platforms, content repositories, policy libraries, product systems, compliance sources, and operational databases.
  • Partner with data, technology, architecture, and business teams to design scalable ingestion and synchronization capabilities that reduce manual content management and improve data freshness.
  • Define product requirements for source-system validation, metadata management, content lineage, auditability, and ongoing knowledge lifecycle management.
  • Prioritize enhancements that improve reliability, coverage, quality, and usability of enterprise knowledge assets within the RAG environment.

Agent Access, Product Controls & Risk Management

  • Define and manage product requirements for role-based and agent-based access to knowledge assets across domains, teams, workflows, and AI agent capabilities.
  • Partner with Information Security, Privacy, Risk, Legal, and Compliance stakeholders to ensure digital product capabilities maintain appropriate controls for confidential, restricted, and regulated information.
  • Lead prioritization of access management, segmentation, monitoring, and audit capabilities that strengthen trust and reduce operational and compliance risk.
  • Represent the product in governance forums, control reviews, and risk discussions, ensuring product decisions align with enterprise standards and policy requirements.

RAG Platform Product Management

  • Own the product direction for retrieval capabilities that support AI agent decision-making, content generation, and marketing workflow execution.
  • Define requirements and priorities for retrieval relevance, metadata structures, tagging strategies, knowledge organization, testing, and monitoring.
  • Collaborate with AI, engineering, platform, and experience teams to improve retrieval quality, reduce unsupported outputs, and enhance agent effectiveness.
  • Use data, user feedback, operational insights, and experimentation to continuously improve product performance and customer value.

Delivery, Adoption & Operational Excellence

  • Drive delivery of product capabilities through agile practices, partnering with product owners, engineering teams, delivery leads, and business stakeholders to sequence work and remove impediments.
  • Establish operational scorecards and product health measures for ingestion reliability, stale content, access issues, retrieval degradation, adoption, and business value.
  • Lead change readiness, enablement, and adoption planning for new knowledge sources, agent capabilities, and enterprise workflows.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes, reduce manual effort, improve control effectiveness, and increase the scalability of the knowledge platform ecosystem.

Stakeholder Leadership & Influence

  • Serve as a key product leader and trusted advisor across business, technology, data, risk, compliance, privacy, and platform teams.
  • Communicate product strategy, roadmap priorities, performance, risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs to senior stakeholders and leadership forums.
  • Influence cross-functional partners in a matrixed environment to align on outcomes, resolve prioritization conflicts, and deliver enterprise-ready capabilities.
  • Mentor and provide product guidance to partners and team members involved in discovery, requirements, delivery, testing, and adoption activities.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Experience defining product strategy, roadmaps, requirements, outcomes, and performance measures for digital platforms or enterprise technology capabilities.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams across business, technology, data, risk, compliance, privacy, or operations.
  • Experience translating complex business and technical needs into scalable product capabilities, epics, features, and delivery priorities.
  • Experience managing product risk, controls, governance, or compliance considerations in a regulated environment.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting AI agents, agentic workflows, generative AI platforms, knowledge retrieval, search, or RAG-based solutions.
  • Experience with enterprise knowledge repositories, content management systems, metadata strategies, data platforms, semantic search, vector databases, or knowledge graphs.
  • Experience designing or prioritizing automated data ingestion, synchronization, monitoring, or platform operational capabilities.
  • Experience with Agile practices and tools such as Jira, Confluence, Jira Align, Kanban, Scrum, or similar collaboration and delivery tools.
  • Experience in banking, financial services, marketing technology, customer engagement platforms, or other highly regulated industries.
