Simply put, as the Kitchen Manager, you will oversee the operations of the kitchen to ensure quality and nutritious meals are provided to residents daily. This position includes keeping a clean and safe work environment, ordering food/supplies, managing the kitchen budget; inventory management, and hiring/scheduling kitchen staff. This position works closely with our team of Registered Dietitians.
Marquis operates 26 senior care facilities in Oregon, Nevada, California, and provides rehab and pharmacy services across the nation. You'll be joining a family of more than 4,000 employees, and one purpose unites us all-to be champions of every journey.

Qualifications
  • Experience in a Kitchen or Food Service Setting
  • Experience managing or supervising a team of people
  • Current Food Handlers and/or Serv Safe certification is required.
  • Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) license is preferred, but not required. Marquis has a paid training program that will assist you in obtaining your CDM
