What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead all day-to-day back-of-house operations
  • Coach, develop, and motivate the culinary team
  • Work alongside your staff during service

  • Control food cost, waste, and purchasing
  • Maintain FIFO, food safety, sanitation, and quality standards
