Adrianaโ€™s Insurance is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Trainer to develop and train our insurance sales team. This role is ideal for a sales leader who is passionate about coaching others, driving performance, and building confident, knowledgeable insurance professionals.

As a Sales Trainer, you will play a critical role in shaping the success of our agents by delivering impactful training, reinforcing best sales practices, and aligning training initiatives with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Deliver Training: Create and deliver engaging, informative, and effective sales training programs tailored to the needs of new and experienced insurance agents.
  • Sales Techniques & Product Knowledge: Teach agents effective sales strategies, product knowledge, and customer service skills specific to the insurance industry (e.g., life, health, auto, home).
  • Assess Learning Progress: Evaluate the progress of trainees and provide feedback to enhance their sales performance. Utilize assessments, quizzes, and role-playing exercises to measure comprehension and skill acquisition.
  • Ongoing Support and Mentorship: Offer continuous support and coaching to sales agents, helping them troubleshoot challenges they face in the field and offering guidance on improving their sales techniques.
  • Curriculum Development: Update and maintain training materials, incorporating new insurance industry trends, regulatory changes, and sales strategies to keep the training relevant and impactful.
  • Collaborate with Management: Work closely with the sales management team to understand organizational sales goals and ensure that training programs align with the companyโ€™s objectives.
  • Track and Report Performance Metrics: Monitor trainees' progress and success in achieving sales targets, preparing regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs.

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Requirements

Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (Required)

Minimum 2+ years sales experience or leadership experience (Required)

Minimum 2+ years of Training & Development: (Required)

Strong communication, presentation, and teaching skills

Goal-oriented with excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities

Proven ability to motivate, coach, and build high-performing teams

Prior experience as a Sales Trainer in the insurance industry (Preferred)

Pay rate: Starting $25 hourly
