What You'll Be Doing:Daily Administrative and secretarial tasks as requested by the Management and Administrative TeamsReceptionist duties including overseeing the switchboard and greeting/directing contractors with superiorcustomer serviceMeal, mail, and supplies pick-ups throughout the work week as requiredProvide accurate accounting information and procedures for local and head offi ce levelsConsistently run weekly and monthly reports as requiredProvide month end supportOther duties as requiredSkills/Experience Requirements:Minimum Grade 12 and 2 to 3 years' offi ce / reception experience requiredDiploma or Degree in Business Administration considered an assetValid driver's license is requiredExcellent interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain stable working relationships atall levelsSuperior customer service skillsDemonstrated profi ciency in Windows based programs including Excel, Word, and AccessSAP experience an assetSuperior written and oral communication skillsAbility to work in a busy and intense environmentAbility to do some heavy lifting as requiredAnalytical skills and accounting experience would be an assetOffice hours are 8:00am to 4:30pmCommitment to supply safe food, maintain a food safety culture within the site, continually improve the site's food safety management system; and comply with customer and regulatory requirements.
