The Springs of Broadway is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our dedicated in-house rehabilitation team. If you're passionate about helping residents regain strength, mobility, and independence, you'll find purpose in every day while working alongside a collaborative team committed to delivering exceptional, resident-centered care.

What You'll Do:
  • Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist

  • Implement individualized treatment plans designed to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence

  • Monitor resident progress and communicate updates to the supervising Physical Therapist

  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide coordinated, compassionate care

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory and facility standards

  • Encourage, motivate, and educate residents throughout their rehabilitation journey

What You'll Bring:
  • Current Arkansas Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license

  • Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills
