Requirements

  • Fluent in Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking) — required
  • 1–3 years of experience as a legal assistant at an immigration law firm
  • Experience with case management software a plus
  • Self-starter who works independently and effectively
  • Exceptional organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent client service and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic


The Role

This position blends legal and administrative responsibilities, including:

  • Providing legal support to attorneys and paralegals
  • Communicating regularly with clients on case status and procedural updates
  • Drafting letters, preparing legal forms, and assembling packets for submission to government agencies
  • Scanning and copying documents
  • Collecting and processing daily mail


Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
