Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Assistant to support our legal team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess strong communication skills, and have a passion for the legal field.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist attorneys with case preparation, legal research, and document drafting
  • Organize and maintain case files, both physical and electronic
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, hearings, and client consultations
  • Communicate with clients, courts, and other parties professionally and promptly
  • Manage correspondence, including emails, letters, and legal documents
  • Ensure compliance with deadlines and filing requirements

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in a legal setting - Immigration Setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
