POSITION SUMMARY:
This administrative role will support the needs of all Experience Curators, including but not limited to activities such as on-boarding, recruiting, training and Curator engagement. This role is perfect for an organized, service-minded professional who thrives behind the scenes-supporting onboarding, recruiting, engagement initiatives, and daily HR operations that keep our culture strong and our teams connected.
PRIMARY JOB DUTIES:
  • Assists with new hire paperwork and conduct new hire onboardings.

  • Assist with applicant background checks, motor vehicle checks, and social security number verification in accordance with company policies.

  • Assist with maintenance of Curator personnel files as needed.

  • Maintain all filling systems to ensure organization and confidentiality.

  • Maintain confidentiality and security of employee and property records and information (interview documents, I-9's, etc.)

  • Respond to questions, requests and concerns from employees and assist in resolution of issues and report all employee relations issues to Human Resources Manager.

  • Participate on 'Coury Culture Committee' to create employee recognition events and promote positive workplace culture with birthday and work anniversary recognition.

  • Participate in local job fairs and community outreach on behalf of the hotel.

  • Other duties as assigned by your direct report.

  • Additional tasks and responsibilities may be assigned at the discretion of the manager. Furthermore, tasks and responsibilities may be added or revised based on the volume of business and the need for the work to be completed at the present time.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
  • A strong commitment to confidentiality and ethical handling of sensitive information.

  • Polished and professional demeanor.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Highly organized approach with exceptional attention to detail.

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service, human resources, or a related field (hospitality experience preferred).

  • A genuine interest in building and maintaining a positive workplace culture.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time.

  • Walking, bending, lifting up to 25Ibs.
