Job description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • HRIS
    • Enter job/compensation changes, new hire information, and terminations into UKG Pro for global entities.
    • File and manage employee, payroll, and corporate records within UKG Document Manager in accordance with federal and/or local regulations.
    • Assist HRIS team with large-scale system audits, implementations, or product upgrades.
    • Assist HRIS Administrator with monitoring UKG People Assist tickets and creating knowledge articles.
    • Respond to unemployment responses and employment verification requests.
  • Learning
    • Monitor new hire and Compensation & Benefits training completion, following up with employees and managers when needed.
    • Assist HRIS team with creating content for various courses using Articulate and AI tools.
  • HR Marketing
    • Create HR marketing material for employee distribution using Canva.
    • Update the Bizplay system with marketing material for all US locations as needed.
  • Benefits
    • Assist Compensation & Benefits team with Open Enrollment activities, such as preparing marketing and communications, setting meeting invitations, etc.
    • Other duties as required.
    • On-site work required.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Associate’s degree in business or HR-related discipline (Required)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or HR-related discipline (Preferred)

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Applications such as Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint.

  • Ability to multi-task and manage time appropriately.

  • Strong teamwork skills and ability to work independently.
