HR Generalist
We're partnering with a well-established industrial equipment and services company that is continuing to grow and invest in its people. As the organization expands, they're looking to add an experienced HR Generalist to their team.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys supporting employees, partnering with leaders, and working across all areas of Human Resources in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:
  • Serve as a trusted HR partner for employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and new hire orientation
  • Administer employee benefits, leave programs, and maintain accurate HRIS records
  • Support employee relations by responding to questions, resolving concerns, and fostering a positive workplace culture
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies
  • Assist with performance management, employee engagement, and employee development initiatives
  • Maintain employee records and prepare HR reports and documentation as needed
  • Support payroll activities and participate in HR projects focused on continuous improvement

  • 3+ years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in a manufacturing, industrial, or distribution environment
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting, employee relations, benefits administration, and employment law
