Job description

Human Resources Assistant needed for full-time position M-F 8am-430pm located in Concord, NH. In this role you'll be part of an HR Dept supporting employees across multiple locations and reporting to the HR Manager. This is an ideal opportunity for those looking to grow as an HR Professional that are eager to learn and have mentorship.
Primary Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for HR Dept., answering incoming calls and emails
  • Assist with Benefits Administration; answering basic questions, processing changes in systems, and reviewing monthly statements.
  • Payroll Support- assist with time and attendance tracking and processing changes in system.
  • Compliance and On/Offboarding - processing new hires, terminations and related documentation into HRIS system
  • Provide administrative support to HR Manager, coordinate schedules for interviews, assist with company meetings and events, and other HR related tasks
Desired Skills, Experience & Education
  • 2+yrs Administrative Assistant, HR Assistant or similar work experience
  • High School Diploma required, College Education in HR or Business Administration a plus
  • Extremely organized, with strong time management skills and ability to juggle multiple duties
  • Exhibit strong ethics and practice discretion
  • Computer skills: MS Office, Payroll & HRIS systems a plus
