Job description

Human Resources Coordinator

Provides administrative and professional support within the HR/Payroll Team.

General Description (includes but, not limited to the following):


Recruitment

Distribute/collect requisitions post jobs

Assist in the new hire orientation


Benefits

Provide basic benefit information.

Support the Benefits Team as a back-up in benefit enrollment/de-enrollment


Training

Schedule training program

Assist in the production, delivery and training program follow up


Employee Relations

Provide basic support to managers and supervisors regarding employee information or concerns.

Accept and process employee concerns.

Maintain a log of all employee issues.


Labor Relations

Schedule grievance meetings and collect materials in preparation of each meeting.


HRIS

Provide/cancel user access to the Company’s ATS/onboarding and timekeeping platforms.


Administrative

Prepare/collect and distribute departmental mail.

Respond to subpoenas

Provide employee verifications.


Special projects

Support/organize blood drives, contests and other initiatives.

Other duties as assigned.


Job Requirements: Skills and Attributes:

Self-starter with a very high level of follow through and detail orientation

Good written and verbal communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
