Pay Rate: $20-$23 /Hour
Schedule: On-Site, Monday through Friday from 10am-3pm

Job Summary:
The Human Resource Coordinator provides administrative support to the human resources department, including managing employee records, assisting with recruitment, onboarding, benefits, ensuring compliance with HR policies and employment laws, and assisting with the day-to-day Human Resource operations in field locations.
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Assist with recruitment including career fairs, sourcing recruiting, candidate screening, interview scheduling with onsite managers.
  • Assist with new-hire onboarding, orientation, I-9 documentation, and E-Verify.
  • Assist with payroll review and timesheet tracking.
  • Process team member terminations and offboarding documentation in UKG.
  • Upload documents and maintain team member records and information in UKG
  • Order and maintain supplies and materials for the HR department
  • Assist with reviewing and submitting unemployment claims.
  • Submit, create, and distribute weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
  • Serve as initial point of contact for team member questions or assistance
  • Assist team members with benefits enrollment
  • Support compliance with company policies and applicable state and federal employment laws
  • Recommends opportunities to improve HR processes and the efficiency of the department.
  • Team Member may be required to perform other duties.

Requirements:
  • Must have a minimum of 1 year recruiting or HR-related experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of HRIS (UKG preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Willingness to adapt, as well as desire to learn and grow within HR Department
  • Must possess a valid Driver's License
  • Must be knowledgeable of federal and state employment laws
  • Must be able to complete the functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation
